Why isn't the consult free?
We get more requests than we can take on. A small commitment fee filters for founders and operators who are ready to move — and we spend the call doing real strategy work, not selling. If you engage us after the call, the consult fee is credited in full toward your first invoice. If not, you keep the strategy notes regardless.
Why do consult fees vary across services?
Each consult has a different depth, length, and seniority. The $49 social media call is a 30-minute audit. The $199 AI Automation consult is a 60-minute deep-dive with a senior automation strategist. Launchpad is $149 for the initial viability call, then optionally $399 for the full market analysis (with the $149 credited). You're paying for the conversation, not a discovery PDF.
How does the Social Media free trial work?
You pay the $49 strategy consult, which unlocks a 2-week free trial of our full social media management service — content, scheduling, community management, the lot. No card on file required for the trial. If you continue, the $49 credits toward your first month's retainer.
How is Launchpad different from your other services?
Launchpad is for founders bringing us a new idea. It runs in three stages: $149 viability consult, optional $399 full market analysis (with $149 credited), then quote-based delivery if the analysis says go. The delivery stage covers everything — brand, web, marketing, social, AI — under one accountable contract.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Book Launchpad ($149). The viability consult is structured to figure out the right path with you — even if that path is just one of our other services. We won't oversell.
Can I cancel the monthly retainer?
Yes. Month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No lock-in. We keep clients by delivering results, not by trapping them.
What if my project spans multiple services?
That's exactly what Novara Digital was built for. Most of our larger engagements span 2–4 services. One contract, one project manager, one weekly status — instead of coordinating four separate agencies.
